QEP Steering Committee

The QEP Steering Committee was composed of individuals from all sectors of the College campus and community.  The members of the Steering Committee were extremely committed to having a successful QEP developmental process and developing a QEP for the College that would ensure a growth in student learning outcomes.  The developmental process was lengthy and all encompassing but was consistently carried out with committed involvement, integrity and competency.

QEP Steering Committee

The Steering Committee attended a one-day retreat to develop the Quality Enhancement Plan.  The Steering Committee was divided into the following working groups:

a)      Mission Statement

b)      Goals, Objectives, Strategies, and Outcomes (Accountability)

c)      Assessment Plan

d)      Implementation Plan and Schedule

e)      Assessment Plan

f)        Dissemination and Marketing

At the end of the retreat the Writing Group received recommendations from the Steering Committee and began their work on developing Tougaloo College's Quality Enhancement Plan.
